13. How does time registration work?

We use the Mylaps ProChip system for timekeeping. When you register, please indicate whether you have your own (red) ProChip or whether you would like to rent one from us. If you rent a chip, it will be included in the starting supplies envelope that you will collect at the registration desk on race day. You wear the chip on your left ankle so it doesn’t bother you during your triathlon.

After the race, please return the rental chip when you pick up your bike from the transition area. It is very important that you only return it there. A €25 charge will be applied for chips that are not registered again (even if you lost your chip during the race).

NOTE: Unlike previous seasons, from 2020 onwards, it will no longer be possible to use your own ChampionChip for races in the TRI HARD Series.
