28. I don’t have a wetsuit. Can I still participate in a TRI HARD race?

Absolutely! You can request a wetsuit rental when you register. This costs €45. You can pick up your rented wetsuit on race day at the Z3R0D stand.

If you didn’t rent a wetsuit when you registered, you can add one later as follows:

1. Click on “My Dashboard” in the confirmation email you received after registering.
2. Click on the blue “Edit Registration” button; the registration form will now open.
3. Click on the blue “Next” button at the bottom; you will now reach the second part of the registration form with all the extras.
4. Select the wetsuit rental option, enter the model, height, and weight, and click on the blue “Next” button.
5. Complete the payment. The wetsuit rental has now been added to your registration.

Wetsuits can be rented up to a week before the race. After that, it is no longer possible to request one via us.

Wearing a wetsuit is not mandatory for most of our races. Swimming in a wetsuit is only required if the water temperature is too low. The water temperature depends on the outside temperature, the distance, and several other variables. For an overview, please refer to the competition regulations of the Dutch Triathlon Federation
